Private Charter
The Charter team provides concise and accurate information to potential clients. We are committed to ensuring that our private charter options are the most convenient possible by asking questions in discussion with the client tailored to develop an understanding of their travel needs. We are often the first point of contact for clients and ensure that we direct them properly.
Client Services
The Client Services team assists with requests for booked trips. We are committed to ensuring that our private charter experience is the best possible for the client. We are the last point of contact for a lot of clients and need to ensure we collect all required information for booked trips.
Scheduled Services
The Scheduled Service team assists with booking scheduled flights for a wide range of clients - guests flying with us through our interline partners, guests who have booked directly with us on a Tradewind route, or Ticket Book holders who consistently fly one of our Northeast routes. We work closely with Scheduling and Dispatch, Concierge, and Ground Ops to optimize the travel experience on our scheduled flights throughout the inquiry, booking, flight, and post-flight lifecycle.
